PASTOR’S CORNER
Pastor M.Olusegun BABINISI, the Founder and the General Overseer of Deliverance Revival Ministries, Founder of Deliverance Bible School and Deliverance Revival Schools Limited is a Prophet of God, an Evangelist, a Pastor of the Gospel in the Vineyard of God and a Teacher of the Word. His life can best be described as that of the biblical Joseph who rose through some “P”s in life (ranging from the Pit to the Potiphar’s house, from there to Prison, coming out again to Pharaoh, then to the Palace and finally from there to become what we can call today the Prime Minister) to get to where God has ordained and prepared for him.
The Call of God upon the life of Pastor Babinisi, was discovered at an early stage in life and despite all the odds of the battles of the foundation and the journeys, he sailed through to manifest and to fulfil this call of God in his life. To the glory of the Living God, Deliverance Revival Ministries came forth among others as a result of this. He is passionately loved by God as a different being with the kind of anointing and grace which is scarce and rare among others.
He is a humble Servant of God that loves to do his things differently from the expectations of others; he also loves to make everybody around him happy wherever he finds himself.
He is a passionate man of God that God has equipped and deposited many inspirations and instruments into. He has the kind of vast knowledge and understanding of the spiritual matters to some reasonable extent.
The passion of Pastor Babinisi goes beyond the borders of seeing everybody as a born again Christian and every house and family a worshipping centre for the Lord, but for all to end it all in Heaven.
Pastor Babinisi is actually mentored by the Holy Spirit Himself as the source of all his inspirations and all what he is today and has undergone so many tutelages under some of those that can be referred to as Great Men of God today.
The establishment of Deliverance Revival Ministries came as a sign where God is actually taking him to which was not even discovered before the great persecution and the wilderness experiences he had prior to the establishment of DRM. To the glory of God, the Church has now given birth to Deliverance Bible School which is the Theological Arm of the Ministry and Deliverance Revival Schools Limited which can serve as both Seminary and Secular Schools.
The main Deliverance Bible School is targeted at the following objectives:
- To help members discover the area of their calling if not yet discovered, and to nurture them to fulfil those calls.
- To assist the already discovered call of God upon members’ life into fulfilments and manifestations.
- To specially train members the standard of the Bible and to boost their knowledge and understanding on it.
- To ordain members into the fields of God’s Vineyard and Service according to the call of God upon their lives.
- To bring out the usefulness of the members and to push these usefulness into physical and spiritual realities and manifestations.
- To let the members know that religion will not save them, but only Jesus can save.
Pastor Babinisi is a prayer warrior that put God first in all things, loves to attend to the spiritual needs of those he comes across, try as much as he could to find the lasting solutions to all the challenges that cross his path and above all, doing all things against whatever that would jeopardise his salvation and that would take Heaven away from Him. He is seriously being mindful of this Scripture, “But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway”. 1Cot. 9:27.
