Our Committee
EVANGELISM AND VISITATION
This committee are in charge of the Crusades, Revivals, internal and external Church programmes, visitations to those worshipping for the very first time, those who are not constant and not regular in the church, follow up of the new converts, those who are sick and heavy laden and so on. They must do these with all humility, respect, genuine and the true love of God and must prayerfully equip themselves. Headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must all have the call of God to function and to serve here.
PRAYER AND INTERCESSORY
Prayer and intercessory Committee are those in charge of prayers for the need of all, prayers against all demonic and ungodly acts of all kinds, and interceding for everyone, nations, the Church of God at large and all the Christian bodies. They are also known as the Deliverance Ministers of DRM. Headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must all have the call of God to function here.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHING
They are in charge of the teaching of the Scripture, teaching on Sundays and alike. There must always be an altar call after a programme for those who are ready to yield to God for Salvation and those who are ready to rededicate their lives back to God. Headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must all have the call of God to function and to serve here.
CHILDREN AND THE YOUTH
This ministry coordinates the children affairs from the toddlers to the teenagers. It is an absolute a zero tolerance against all form of child abuse s, trafficking, drugging and all that has to do with it. Being Coordinated by a Female minister and some members that are genuinely zealous about what the future holds for the Children and the Youth and must act in total fear and love of God.
WELFARE AND OUTREACHES
These people are in charge of reaching out (with utmost and deep compassions and love of Christ) to everyone without any discrimination. Those here must do so with the heart of total humility and humane and be ready to offer back to the communities and the individuals what the Lord has blessed us with. Headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must all have the call of God to function here.
MARRIAGE
These people are in charge of proper wedding of the members, correction marriages and renewal of marital vows. They must work in accordance with the Prince of Peace and ensure that all homes are bliss for the Lord. Ensuring that couples are divinely compatible with each other and are not polygamists or polyandrists as the case may be. That is, the will of God for one man one woman, one husband one wife applies. Seeing that the both parents are consented to the relationship and the wedding of any member and to see their readiness in all. Being headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must work directly with the General Overseer. They must all have the call of God to function here.
FUNERAL
To be in charge of the befitting rites for the deceased. To know the burial standard and to draw out the burial programmes, to know how the deceased passed on, where to be buried and how to be buried, all in conjunctions with the family members or the representatives. To also educate against every form of paganism and idolatry during the process and the burial. Headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must all have the call of God to function here.
USHERING
Ushering committee is a committee that sees to the organizing and well arraignment of seats, members and the congregation at large. They ensure that everybody is seated comfortably, no quarrels, no fight among the members, no reservation of seat for any late comers and ensures that everybody is treated equally without any preference. Being headed by one Coordinator, Assistant, Secretary and members.
SECURITY AND JOINT TASK FORCE
These set of people are fully armed with much responsibilities to see to all the goings and comings of everything within the church premise and the environment. They must ensure proper vigilance in all things and must be well and strategically positioned at every entrance of the church, major offices. They must be well organized and avoid embarrassment to all but ensure definite zero tolerance for all act of indiscipline. Headed by one Committee Head, Two Assistants, Secretary and some members that are fully prepared for the Lord to function here.
MAINTENANCE
These group are to ensure that the Church Auditorium, premise and the environment are well cleaned all the time. They must work with the ushering committee to arrange the seat and to maintain cleanliness which is next to godliness all the time. Headed by a Committee Head, Assistant and the members.
TECHNICAL/ELECTRICAL
These people are to make sure that all the appliances are in best positions for use whenever in need. They must make sure that there should be no electricity and gadgets failure anytime during the services. Being headed by One Committee Head, Assistant and members.
CEREMONY
They are in charge of the naming ceremony, children dedications, house warming and the likes. A special form is designed and is made available for every concerned individual to fill before anything will be done on the naming, marriage and funeral ceremonies. Being headed by one Committee Head, Assistant, Secretary and members. They must all have the call of God to function and to serve here.
NOTE: No member of the committee should carry out any form of disobedience against the doctrines of the Church. Therefore, any member found guilty of any rules would be disciplined after a thorough investigation(s).
